Delete your Storby data

You can permanently remove your account, store, and all product listings at any time.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

If you can sign in to the Storby app, delete your account directly from your phone:

  1. Open Storby and sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Account → Account information.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog. If prompted, re-authenticate to verify it's you.

Your data is removed immediately and the action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access your account (lost device, forgotten password), email us and we will delete your data within 30 days.

  1. Send an email to Support@storby.ma.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data deletion request".
  3. Include the email address tied to your account and, if known, the name of your store.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (email, display name, country)
  • Your store (cover photo, profile photo, description, address)
  • All product listings (images, prices, descriptions)
  • Your Firebase Authentication record (Google / Apple / email sign-in linkage)

Backups may retain residual data for a limited period before being overwritten. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (if any) may be retained for service-improvement purposes.
